now it is so swollen i can't even pee. what is going on. i dont have health incurance so i cant go to the drs. should i try to j/o again and see if the swelling goes down?

If you can't urinate, that is not acceptable, you'll need to visit a doctor immediately. Go to a free clinic and tell them that you can't urinate, they will put you at the head of the line. They will have to put a catheter in to let you "go," will take it out, and then will give you a prescription for bacterial infection.
In the meantime, masturbate normally in the future. I am guessing that you are tying up your genitals before ejaculation or something.

Try cool compresses to reduce the swelling. Give the muscles a bit of time to relax say a half hour then try to pee again. I you remain unable to pee for a couple hours I would consider the emergency room. Most hospitals these days have programs to help people with out insurance. But don't mess round too long you could damage your bladder or kidneys or both.
One more thing. Next time use a nice lubricant like KY or astroglide.
Another thing if you did use a lubricant like hand lotion, Vaseline or something not made specifically for lubricating for the genitals you may need to see a doc Right away. I could be reaction ot what every you used.

Give it 24hrs if it dosn't go down then you need medical attention. In the mean time try an over the counter anti-inflamatory and an Ice pack and try to relax a bit.

lol, You might have an anurism or might have just popped a blood vessel, the swelling should go down, just put ice on it then every thing will go down lol.

It sounds like you managed to irritate your urethra. It will be bad for a day or two then get better. If you are lucky.

your "lotion" had to have something in it. Ice it and use regular lotion next time.
