I use a ADSL line with a netgear router, For some reason when i leave my comp onf or 4 + hours on hibernate mode when i come back to my computer it wont connect, i have to reset the computer. I have it set to never dissconnect so i dont know what the problem is, i tried it and it still does this after the routers tooken off and i just have my computer directly hooked into the modem itsself

When your sytem goes to hibernate it powers down all unused devices. This could make your connection stop working, and it might not.

When the computer sleeps, the connection does too. I go to network connection and click repair. It will renew your IP. Put a shortcut on your desktop to save time.
