I want to find one that is total electric/some utilities paid that rent is less than $700 . With at least 1000sq

if you are new to the area, look into promove. i think that they have a website, promove.com. they will find you something you'll like for free. the work for the referral fee from apt. complexes. (they will most definately, onluy suggest complexes... if you want smaller apt. you'll have to do the legwork yourself) When I first moved there, they were invaluable.

One of my cousins lives in this apartment, Monroe's Place, which I thought was pretty nice. Gated entrance & a swimming pool as the standard. Generally, the rule of the thumb is that the far away from the downtown area, the nicer the apartment becomes, and also cheaper too since you have to communte further to work. Hope this helps.

If you can't find it in the newspaper, try Craig's List and if that still doesn't work use one the apartment finder web sites.
