I am going to formal party on Saturday. What color dress should I wear? I am pale and have red hair.

it sorta varies...
peach could do you wonders.... or it could look awful...
ivory is a great lack of color/color for pale people. it is beautiful & sophisticated. it works great in winter.
black is always "safe" but could make you look way pasty.
i have never been a fan of the hunter green or any shade of blue... so i can't steer you in that direction.... no way!!!

Here is what I think.......
Buy a light blue dress or even a black dress. Go to the drug store and buy the lotion that has a slight tint of color tone added to it. There are a few different name brands. Ask the girl in the beauty section to help if you can't find any. Buy either the light or medium tones. It will take away the pale, without being drastic. Put it on a little at a time and rub it in really good. Put regular lotion on your elbows, knees, ankles and feet before you put on the tinted.

Turquoise or blue/green is beautiful with red hair, no matter what color your skin tone or eyes. Have fun.

dark green or blue. i am a red head too naturally and always get compliments when i wear these colors. black can look good but be careful because if you show too much skin it can wash you out. lol my hair is died brown now.

Black is always perfect but try something that makes your eyes standout, a dark navy blue would probly be a great color too, Good luck!

Wear Cool colors like blue purple or green. they will match your skin and make you stand out. don't forget matching makeup and accesories

try a maroon red or red like a cocktail dress
it works well with your skin tone and hair.
