iTunes can manage multiple iPods--ideally (in Apple's eyes, anyway), you'd have all your music in one computer, and have the iPods sync with that (you can customize the playlists for each iPod).

You can transfer your purchased songs to house copies on different computers, as long as you "authorize" the computers to use songs bought on your account. You can have up to three authorized computers (this of course only applies to songs purchased on iTunes, not files ripped from CD's or acquired in other ways). While it's possible to transfer these files by copying them off of your iPod using third-party programs, it's probably a lot easier to just burn the files onto a data disc or transfer them to a flash drive and copy them between computers that way.

ok well if you are all on the same internet network then you should be able to share songs you buy there should be a link symbol if you are both signed on at the same time to see the other person's itunes it can share up to 3 people only and if you want to transfer all you music to a new computer what you need to do is de-select all the songs on itunes so when you plug in the ipod it will take them all off your ipod and it is empty then you will use you r ipod as a storage device like a flashdriver or a floppy disk ok so when it is pluged in it should still be reconized when you go to the my compuer screen and you will select all your music files through the computer in a folder like MY MUSIC under MY DOCUMENTS or where ever you downloaded them to select them and click copy on the side toolbar to your left or click move and select your ipod source and when you go on to the new computer just go to the ipod throught my computer and copy or move all the files to the new MY MUSIC or where ever you please

yes you can import from an ipod to a computer. first go to my computer then go to your ipod in my computer. go to tools in the menu bar and click on folder options. click the view tab and under hidden files and folders theres an option to show hidden files. once you activate that you should see a file called ipodcontrol in your ipod click it and then click "music" within that file. now there should be files something like F0 F1 your music is in there and you can copy it to wherever. you just have to play the song and change the title because there are no titles.
