Nails are made up of calcium, protein and water so try taking calcium tablets and drinking more water. It will take awhile for your nails to get back to normal because fake nails are so hard on your natural nails. Also the nail strengthener polish is a good idea.

Apply Sally Hanson Hard Nails Nail Treatment. It works wonders. Wear gloves when washing dishes or doing anything with water. This tends to weaken the nail even more.

Remove the false nails and get rid of them. They are out of style and haven't been in since the 90's. Buy some horse hoof cream. There are many brands Barelle is one. Check Nordstrom, Saks, etc. Use the cream on your nails many times daily. It will make them go long and make the nail super strong. Keep them clean and use clear polish until they are strong again.

if you had acrylics put on in a shop the only thing you can really do is let them grow out. the electric files that are used file it down very far. usually this takes about 4-6 weeks to grow completely out. it can be sensitive if you paint them now and sting. especially if you remove the polish with an acetone remover. give them some time to breath and grow back before you put acrylics on again or it will be worse the next time.

um dont paint a color on it quite yet. there is this nail polish that is clear and its called like nail thickener and it really does work. id try that before you put any more fake nails or colored fingernail polish on them. good luck! oh and cut them to a smaller size so they can grow while the thickener is on it so they will grow stronger
