your resolution is messed up.
First, anywhere on your desktop right click and select properties. Click settings tab and you should see a screen resolution slider. The bigger the numbers the smaller the icons.
But, there could be a problem with your video drivers. If you cant change the resolution back to normal, then you might need to re-install the video drivers for your computer. This is pretty easy. If needed, go to the manufacturers website of the computer and look for support or driver downloads. then look for your computer model and it you can download the file and install.

Your screen resolution has probably been changed by a game or something. If you are using a PC, go to START, then CONTROL PANEL, then DISPLAY. Select the SETTINGS tab in the DISPLAY file, then use the slider under Screen Resolution to choose the largest res your monitor can do. Click Apply to see the result. If it is not what you want, choose a lower one.

Sounds like the screen resolution has been changed. Right click on the desktop (main screen) and choose properties. Then select the settings tab. Drag the resolution slider to the right, probably to 1024x768. Then click apply. See if that changes it back to normal. If not, try some of the other sizes.
