People say New Yorkers can't get along. Not true. I saw two New Yorkers, complete strangers, sharing a cab. One guy took the tires and the radio; the other guy took the engine.

a stranger can not be regarded as a friend. a friend is a person who shares our tears and joys.

Sure. By definition, if it's a stranger, the person's NOT my freind. You can usually get a feel for if the person's kind or not, but I'd keep an eye open till ya know em better. Appearances can be decieving.

A friend is someone who walks in when everyone else has walked out.
A stranger has just arrived.
It is not possible to confuse the two.

Never. Don't trust anyone. Especially strangers. Trust must be built and takes time. Even then you may be wrong. Keep your eyes open and be logical.

Not really, you can tell if they are friendly, and maybe give that a shot to see if they are friend material, but you can't tell if they are completly trust worthy.

technically if they're a stranger they can't be a friend but whether they will eventually be your friend or not? only time unless you are very intuitive.
