Ok, when i am on a webpage when i scroll down it like does some weird sort of funky line moving thing kind of looks like it is refreshing sort of. It takes like 2 full secs and does not run smoothly. If any one has an idea of what it is i would appreciate it.

thanks for the responses i just tried updating the the ie and no progression still like that, but thanks for help. Yea it's a line that moves down the screen it might not even be the internet, like it could be my video card or something.

Yes update but if using IE do no go to IE 7 just as yet? (Internet Explorer) try deleting cookies cache and temp files first ? Please go to Internet explorer and open it . Then go to tools and then Internet Options . then click on delete cookies and then temp files if using IE 5.5 or 6.0 then go to privacy and allow auto cookie handling ? this should fix you prob. please get a spy ware killer like spy bot.com to get rid of unwanted junk that causes this problem. remember to restart after you do as above .

funky line moving thing, eh? its sounds like the computer disease "Funkius linius movinguis syndrome' to me. I would take it to a hospital right away!

try a IE windows update, just an idea.
