Historians may never be able to ascertain what John F. Kennedy said when he died. According to governmental reports, Kennedy was struck in the larnyx by the first shot that hit him, which probably rendered him unable to speak. The second shot was to the head, shattering his brain.
If JFK did say anything, only the people in his immediate proximity would have heard anything, and most of those are now dead. JFK's legacy does not hinge on what he said when he died, but what he did while he was alive.

I don't think he said anything,as his brain was blown away in an instant.He would have been rendered instantly unconscious by the bullet.
