Please phrase the English sentence properly.
"Are always takes -ing" - Present progressive
and "do takes the simple form of the verb. - Present simple.

For example:
"where the younger generation racing for are they really know their goal?"

should read like this:

"where the younger generation is racing for, does it really know its goal?"

After making mistakes in this simple English grammar of class 5, we definitely can not discuss about the future of young generation. Is not it?

This world is based on competition ,without competition everything would be very boring and the younger generation is on role to copeup with boringness and it's really good that they are struggling for their future.

In simple words, they are moving towards their goal.
