See i have a brand new pair of city shorts i got from christmas and i have the cutest top to go with it. The outfit is a red blouse with black and red pin stripe city shorts and i will wear tites underneath. I was wondering if i should wear either: black open toe pumps, red open toe pumps, black boots, black ballet flats or red or black pumps???

oh city shorts are like bermuda shorts. They are about 2-3 inches above the knee.

red pumps would be very fun!!! black boots would be sexy!!! (so either of these two get my vote.... but i am leaning towards the black boots....)
i would not do open toe shoes if it is cold out... or with city shorts...
wouldn't do the flats either.... just too drab...

oh no please. not ugg boots. thats a way to RUIN the outfit!!! I say if you're going somewhere nice do the red pumps...if you're going to just be casual and cute the black boots! Love it!!

you may placed on them like you may want to placed on them in summer except do good right here: layer lengthy sleeved tops, residences with tights or leggings or legwarmers. you may also placed on tennis shoes or boots. upload a vest and some rings.

definitely red open toe pumps. normal pumps are too boring. you should wear tights with texture (fishnet is my fav.)
