well if you involve your parents in your selection of where you will go I think it will be ok....let them see this site. If they know what to look for they will feel better....let them go with you so they can be certain it is a clean environment. Just as if you were to go to a new doctor you would probably want your mom or dad to come with...or a dentist. You need to research and inspect the place you will go. Just don't go to the closest place be picky..it will be your best choice.

you should really consider what you are about to do. i had my pierced in the 90's when people first started to do that. the person i went to did not know what they were doing and i got a really bad infection from it. my belly button turned green and stayed that way for awhile even after i removed the ring. also, depending on how old you are it may not be a good idea.
if you are sold on it however, try a magnetic version. wait until you are 18 and then have it done by a licensed professional.

I can't give you a website, but I cam give you personal experience if it Will help. I had mine pierced 6 years ago. Due to a skin allergy I was careful to get a 14 ct gold ring rather than a plated one. The piercing itself was so quick, it didn't have time to be painful. I followed their instructions on care, and it went smoothly. Until it had healed it was a little uncomfortable wearing tight waistbands, but that was all. It was well healed in 3 months, and completely healed in 6 months. Keep it clean and there's less chance for infection.
Should you get one? Shouldn't you get one? That highly depends on your age. And I'm not going to try to convince your parents one way or the other. If you were my daughter I wouldn't let you get one any younger than 15.

you have no longer any determination interior the subject--it is as much as the investigator who comprises your place. extra suitable than probable you will all be attending counseling for a protracted time back and that's good. sure some toddlers do get placed in care because of the fact of exact abuse in certainty extremely some toddlers do. i became a foster be sure for 34 yrs and that i've got a sprint journey additionally. It additionally relies upon on your state---all states regulations selection particularly yet no longer with the aid of a large quantity. each and each foster homestead contraptions there very own regulations---all of us have distinctive regulations; merely like trouble-free mum and dad do. Any slapping, hitting, pinching, smacking is against the regulation with the aid of all states and is seen corporal punishment. while you're left on your place then the subsequent time you're abused you will call the hotline selection or your caseworker. sure, you would be going to college. it would desire to no longer be the college you ae attending now---there won't be any open foster residences on your college district or they could be comprehensive suitable now. you will on no account be accompanied---your mom and pa could have as much as two-3 yrs to get their act at the same time.probably you will on no account be moved yet could have a worker assigned to artwork with the full family participants to get issues in shape. it certainly relies upon on the study.
