Boiled chicken and Turkey is a complete and healthy food for infants if cooked well and pureed. You can begin to introduce this food very slowly after your infant has begun to show signs that saliva is present in the mouth (drooling.) Remember that saliva must be present in order for baby to digest his food properly. Begin with 1/4 tsp. of rice cereal, working up to 2 Tablespoons then add 1/4 tsp. of banana (up to 2 T.) then add applesauce and also egg yolk (not whites) doing the same and always mixing it all together and warming it. For dinner feedings you will begin with 1/4 tsp. of pureed chicken. Chicken is an excellent form of protein which many parents do not continue in baby's diet, even tho formula and breast milk contain protein.

My daughter is almost ten months old and I have been feeding her chicken/turkey/beef baby food in jars since she was six months old. She is quite healthy and likes to eat. I don't gie my daughter pork for religious beliefs that it is unclean but otherwise I give her all of the above and she really likes it.

Yes.
Since you have to ask, next time you take her/him to a doctor, ask, see if there is any conflict with medication.
