are you referring to the government or the tax man? i have trouble with both!
if what you are experiencing is bullying at school or work then there is no excuse for it. there are laws that are meant to protect you from bullies, even at work!
if on the other hand you are being ill treated by relations, then please get in touch with child line [if your young] or if you are old enough, just get out of there.
whatever the problem, the answer lies within yourself

because they dont have a life of their own to live. they are cowards and jealous of what you have got and what they havent.
