As and only when is necessary. For instance, after using the toilet and before meals. It is good to wash your hands, but do not let it become an obsession!

I work with kids....at least 40 times a day. I wash them everytime I go to the BR (which is A LOT), after I get out of the classroom, before I eat, before I return to the classroom, just about any chance I can. There are A LOT of germs floating around an elementary school!!!

I wash my hands many times a day, so many times that I cannot remember. Hands are the dirtiest parts of our bodies, because they touch many things more than any other parts of our bodies. There are recorded cases of persons who have become ill and died because they failed to wash their hands before they ate ; contracted leptospirosis and died ; obviously their hands must have touched a rat infested item or place, and they failed to wash their hands before they ate.

It depends on the day. Any trip to the loo, when handling anything in the kitchen, or eating takeaway, or any other eating, before and after.
Basically any time I need to maintain hygene, or do not want to get after eating grease residue on keyboard or other things.
Also after sex.
So, prolly 8-12 depending on the day.

Too many times to count, any time I'm near the sink and think my hands may be dirty. After using the bathroom, when I come home, before I eat, etc....

I also use that Purel stuff like a maniac. I have not had a cold in 3 years, not even sniffles. It's because of clean hands i guess.
