The text toolbar isn't showing up in my Paint program.?

I have already tried going to the view menu and clicking on it, but it is grey, which means it is disabled. It used to show up. Any hints on how to get it back?

It is only enabled when you select the "Text" button on the left panel. When you do this , the Text Toolbar automatically pops up.

The Text ToolBar will not automatically show when u work with ur paint program.. open Ur paint program.. Choose a a symbol like "A" in the toolbox then ur text toolbar will automatically shown in which u can change ur font size,color,name
