the meaning of a word is determd by how its use.
I mean not to long ago people said bad meant good or fly. and like the word fly it can mean to you no be in the sky or that something is cool. see thats another cool something that s in style or cold. see how its a on going thing cause cold can sometimes mean harsh. So how is the n word any different?

I'm not sure what you're actually asking here - I am assuming it's that the 'n' word is acceptable for use in some contexts?
I wouldn't, I am not American and as far as I can see, it appears to be used in an offensive fashion so often, it's better to steer clear of it altogether.
As for words in general, of course the context can alter the meaning or insinuation of a word. Everything in life is based on intent so naturally if you use a word in a particular context, it's going to adopt the connotations of a particular phrase.

A racial word that should only be used by black ppl.If your inposing that every1 can say the N word because the new generation of black ppl do,don't.

****** means ignorant or something with a defect. Whites were saying blacks were defective

But then, WHY CAN'T PEOPLE SAY THE WORD IGNORANT OR DEFECTIVE?
