Hi,
You can put your key words in the meta tags like use keywords in Meta title, Meta description and Meta keywords. Always remember the character length of Metas. Title tag will be 50 characters, meta description will be 140-150 characters.
You can also put your keywords in website content for search engine optimization.

Meta keywords do not hold as much value as they used to before. However, Title tags and Meta descriptions are still considered important.
Here is the format for title tag:
Keyword 1 | Keyword 2 | Keyword 3
Here is the format for Meta description:
Please keep in mind that the Title tags should not be more than 60 characters long and meta description should not be more than 150 characters long. You can add meta keywords but avoid keyword stuffing.

Use the code that a previous poster posted. But now today with search engines, most (Google) don't use keywords because of keyword stuffing, but the meta description value is more important and your title tag so make sure those two have your site's keywords in them.

You first need to research what people would type in to find you. You need to optimize each page for its own term. Add the term in your title tag, description tag, keyword tag and in the content.

Suck that in. Consciously hold in and contract your ab muscles while you’re walking, sitting for your desk or making the evening meal. This will help to strengthen your ab muscles and your core, and bring you one step closer to a new flatter stomach.
