Is MySpace addicting for aduls as well as the youth of today? Are there any of you out there MySpace addicted?

well im not an adult addicted to myspace but i am a 15 yr old addicted to myspace and its horrible. But i got into some trouble on there a couple of days ago and i decided i wasnt gunna get on for a while, its been 2 days and honestly its SO HARD !!!! ERR this is ridiculous... but now im addicted to this web site which is pretty bad also !!

i think it depends on the person more then the age...i cant speak for the older generation seeing as how im only 16. but i think why some people consider it addicting is because people can come together and communicate easily in one place...its kind of like a different world on a website. not only is it a place where friends can communicate, but its a place where you can meet new people. there are also a few things you can do on myspace that would be a little harder to do in reality, for example: post a bulletin and send all of your friends a message instead of calling each individual one and telling them the same thing..also features like top 8 and pictures and videos appeal to people, myspace is also developing new features like instant messaging,comedian spaces, and producer spaces, so people can relate to other people like them..so i think the appealing factor makes myspace "addictive" to alot of people young and old

well i have a myspace. im not addicted to it but i go on it all the time. i think it is addicting because it is fun and is a great way to meet people instead of the ones where you have to pay to sign up. you dont pay to talk to people and that is what i think myspace is: A place to meet friends without a fee!

I was addicted to MySpace, but it got boring and I moved to Facebook. Then I got addicted to Facebook, and, like Myspace, it got boring, so I left. Now I'm addicted to IMVU.

I have a spot on myspace and its not addicting to me. It is boring actually. And tedious to send all those glitter comments and change the layout all the time.
You want addiction? Try pogo. NOW that is addicting.

OMG Yes! lmao I was just talking on the phone today with another friend of mine (I met from MySpace) we are the same age (I'm 37 she's 38) and we were talking about this very thing! lol
We even used that term. :o)

Yes it can become very addicting to people with no lives...such as Yahoo! Answers. But i'm addicted to FaceBook

And many visit mydeathspace.com a lot.

i guess so...i tried it but i did'nt hang on too long..i much like friendster than mySpace but mySpace has many CSS designs and thats an advantage
