There are massage methods that can improve your nearsightedness, but not necessarily cure.
Here are a few:
Eye rolls - For directional purposes, we'll pretend there is a clock where your eye is. Look up where 12 would be, and then roll your eyes to 1, and go around that way back to 12. Do that several times and then counterclockwise.
(Another eye rolling exercise) - Again with the clock thing. First look at straight ahead where the hour and minute hand would attach. Then roll your eyes up at 12, then back to the middle. Then up at 1, and back to the middle. Up at 2, back to the middle, etc, for several rounds that direction before switching to the other direction.
Light & Dark Therapy - Find a bright light source (I forgot the recommended wattage, sorry). Have it about six inches away from your face. Try to stare at it without blinking .. I guess it would be a good idea to try and count slowly to 10. Then take your palms and cover your eyes with them so you can no longer see any light. Count again to 10. Then remove your palms and stare at the light for 10 counts, etc.
Temperature Therapy - Have a container of ice-cold water and a container of hot water (but be very careful that it is not scalding hot). Have a facial towel in each container, and quickly, take one towel, squeeze the dripping water from it, and hold it over your eyes for 10 counts. Then (quickly again) put the towel back to its corresponding container and repeat with the towel from the other container. Alternate towels for a while.
There are also some acupuncture exercises that may help.
Above the center of your eye, where the bone is (usually about the center of the eyebrow), feel for a small dent in the bone. Gently massage it by pressing down on it.
There should also be another dent directly below the eye. There are other places acupuncture points that can help your eyes, but I've forgotten them. You can probably find them by consulting an acupuncturist or looking in an acupuncture books (the more thorough, advanced acupuncture books are in Chinese though).
I found these techniques (there were a lot more, but these are the ones I remember) in this nearsightedness-improving book my father gave me a long time ago. You should probably consult with a doctor or specialist before trying them though, to be on the safe side.

You can improve your eyesight by simply learning, naturally and practicing the correct way to see for a few small minutes a day. I followed this method and now my vision is perfetct http://getyourvisionbacknow.keysolve.net
Here are some eye exercises to help improving your eyesight.
Step 1 of eye exercises: Give a soothing massage to your face as well as the area around your eyes. Rub your temples and forehead gently, you can use aromatic oil to add the relaxation. Feel the tension go away from your mind and body.
Step 2 of eye exercises: After relaxing your eyes, start with exercises to strengthen the eyes muscles. For example, lower and raise your eyebrows or rolling your eyes slowly. The shut your eyes and cover them with your palms. While training your eye muscles, it is important to give them a relaxing condition. “Vision Without Glasses” - program you'll be taken by the hand, it shows you how to improve your vision naturally, permanent and complete solution.

HI there
I used this herbal formula (eyebright) with my eyes and my vision improved to 20/20. Other people seem to like it as well that Ive told. It takes some time, but its worth it.
Definition
Nearsightedness, astigmatism, farsightedness, cataracts, cross-eye, lazy eye, etc.
Symptoms
Poor vision. Blurred or distorted vision.
Causes
So many young children are wearing glasses today, because in many cases there is "the weakness of the parents being handed down to the children." The excessive use of salt can cause loss of vision, as explained by Viktoras Kulvinskas in Survival into 21st Century (Omangod Press, Wethersfield, Conn.). The overuse of sugars leaches out the calcium from the veins in the eyes. Wearing glasses all the time keeps the sunshine filtered out of the eyes and this is a great loss, because the sunshine is a great doctor. However, never look directly at the sun. Glasses should be used only when absolutely needed, and the rest of the time go without them.
Herbal Aids (eyebright formula)
Someone with cataracts or glaucoma, nearsightedness, farsightedness, eyes off-focus, use the recommendations (carrot juice and diet); also, add the eyewash routine as follows. This formula is excellent for brightening and healing the eyes, and it has been known in some cases to remove the cataracts and heavy film from the eyes.
Put 5 to 10 drops into a glass eye cup with distilled water. There will be a slight burning sensation (from the cayenne) in the eye at first, but there is nothing to be concerned about. Tip head back and apply the eye cup to eye. Exercise eye while doing this as though you were swimming under water. Do this three to six times a day. Drink 2 to 4 dropperfuls [1/2 to 1 tsp.] in cup as hot tea in a.m. and p.m
Additional Treatments
1. Use eye exercises to strengthen them (Bates method, etc.).
2. The less television that is watched, the better the eyes !
3. Plenty of Carrot juice
A young man came to us wanting help. He wanted to become an Air Force Pilot with the government but was turned down because of bad eyesight. He had passed everything else with high grades, but the answer was still "no," because of poor eyesight. When he asked the medical doctor if he could try again later, he was laughed at and told this condition could not be changed. He persisted and so was given a three-months return date. We had him "clean his bowels," go on the mucusless diet after the three-day cleanse, and then drink one quart or more of freshly-made carrot juice each day, six days each week. He was to use nothing but distilled water on the seventh day. In three months he returned for another eye examination at the Air Force Agency, and this time was given the approval with a "clean bill of health" and "good eyesight."
When there is poor eyesight, it is always good to use zonal therapy (reflexology), working on zones #2 and #3 on the toe area as explained in the book Stories the Feet Can Tell by Marguerite Ingham.
Best of health to you

Near sighted, far sighted or reading problems, i have the answer, I've done this and it works. For under $100.00 you can get a eye muscle retraining kit. Just go to www.vision-health.net/ The pinhole glasses may look kind of strange but by using them and completing the exercises that comes with the program, you will rid yourself of needing glasses. The program will retrain you eye muscles back to health, so long as you have no eye diseases. Do it!! It worked for me 100%
