Don't worry, your parents probably already know. I don't know if you noticed but when you start going through puberty you have mood swings that swing 100 times a day. You also start developing and I'm sure at least your mum will notice that and suggest bra shopping to you.
If you've started menstrating (your periods) then you must tell your mum at least. She'll help you with pads and tampons and explain the changes to your body.
I know it's scary. I was so frightened to tell my mum I had started my periods, it took me about 5 hours to work up the courage.
Good Luck.

I'm sure they already know. But if you want to tell them something specific then go to which ever parent you feel closest to or go to both and just let them know whats going on with you. You know your parents better than we do so you know what to say and what not to say and how to say it. If its something that you dont feel you can talk with your parents about then go to your school counselor. But do talk to someone, you'll feel better.

Your Mom probably knows. You might feel better if you sit down and talk to her.
