There are literally thousands of sites that basically guide you right through making your own layout or allowing you to choose a premade one. http://www.myspacegeeks.com is good, and if you use the search tool in your browser and type "myspace layout tool" it's a program you can download and make your own layouts.
If you like, I can try to do one for you, I personally like doing my own though. :-)
