Shop vintage. Lots of great haute couture. Try eBay for genuine designer wear as well as vintage designer wear. Great prices! Cheap but authentic designer clothing.

this takes time and planning. You have to know what you want your outfit to look like then find each piece where you know the cut will be good.
Such as, see the full outfit in magazine, break it down, what does it consist of. If it is form fitting go for a better make, if it is loose go for a Walmart brand.
Like a tee shirt that is to peek out of a top, who needs to spend 20 bucks when you can spend 7.
Also, the shoes are very important.
You may want to slip photos of the outfits into your trunk of your car to get a visual on what you are looking for. Marshalls is great in this area but fit and cut are coming into fashion, not brand name tags hanging out like they once were. I see more people wearing Old Navy than anything Else. Also, if you have an Ollies store near you they have unbelievable jeans for 19.95, I just got a pair of diesel, regularly 90.00 a pair!
Also, the way you feel when you wear them is very noticable to others, wear them proud and act like they cost a fortune@!

*um id say aeropostale, its cheap and very stylish(it was made for college students without a lot of money) its at the mall too:)

*walmart isnt bad, they have nice comfy clothes
*ross is definitely an awesome place to shop, cuz they have cheap fashionable clothes that are in style and reduced, plus they also have clearance.
*target is like walmart, but their clothes are better quality and are nicer, but still around the same price range(sometimes its cheaper than wallyworld)
*thrift stores or family stores or 2nd hand stores(several names) have new and slightly used clothes for extremely cheap prices, but most of the time the places arent organized, so youll have to search real good.
*go to the back of the stores or deptartments, thats where all the good and cheap stuff is.
email me if you need any more help:)

I love to go to Ross to find cheap clothes...you have to search, but you can find awesome stuff for not much money. Target and Walmart are ok, but you'll find more original stuff at Ross.

You can also try consignment/thrift stores. Not all of the stuff there is used (I think stores sometimes sell stuff they don't want or need to consignment shops), and you can find unique clothes that are cheap. My friend got 10 tops for $45 at a consignment shop once!

you can shop at thrift stores.
or you can swap clothes with a friend to get a new wardrobe. also, if you look at your parents' or grandma's clothes, you might find something you can update. take ONE piece of your parent's or grandma's clothing and update it with your own acessories.
i dont know but forever 21, wet seal, charlotte rouse, h&m has pretty low prices. if you want lower, try TJmaxx, ross and etc.

Maybe you should try wetseal, urban outfitters, thrift stores, consignment shops like platos closet, psycho sisters, or finders keepers, junkmans daughter, or you can always make your own
