Depending on your build some popular characters and actresses that would be recognizable just by what you wear and your hair would be Lucy, Marilyn Monroe, Tina Turner, Pippie Long Stocking, Madonna, Elvira, Diana Ross. If you notice all these characters have signature hair and styles of clothes. That is your key. They are all easy to simulate with the right stuff and you can find most stuff at thrift stores. The hair is where you will spend money if you need to get a wig.

even for a girl (which you are) i would suggest captain jack sparrow...its more easier for girls cuz u got the walk and the makeup, maybe the beads, maybe a wig, or hair dye.
all you need is baggy pants boots, a peasent top and a long coat and hat.
or maybe one of the mean girls is easier.
