I like to think we're a pretty diverse bunch. Ocean Beach is probably a good bet. Tierra Santa has a lot of military families. All in all though I think San Diego is a pretty republican city.

Ocean Beach is usually considered a laid back "hippie" community.

Plenty, unless you're planning on beastiality or abusing minors, in which case you should try Salt Lake City.

Try the Hillcrest neighborhood...there are plenty of sick multicultural liberals there.
