I wanted to be taller. I am. As for the rest of your dreams, you can still do all of them. Just takes hard work to achieve them. As Pee-Herman 's Cpt. Karl would say, "You can live on fishes, but you can't live on wishes." Any one of or all of those things are possible.
By the way, nothing wrong with being a medical assistant. That is usually the first person a patient sees when they go to the doctor. They might be scared, bored or in pain, and its nice to be greeted by someone who is nice and upbeat.

well I'm told that @ age 8 I announced at a family gathering in a restraunt, that I was going to be a topless dancer.
I ended up being a Proffessional Chef, who is also an author and interior designer/artist ~ go figure.
