From time-to-time, when I dig up something from the ground in the game, it's a little, toy robot. What I want to know is, how are they used --IF they are useful at all-- or what can I do with them?

yea, you could use them for a theme, but i find them much more useful for selling - they rake in a LOT of money, considering how frequently they appear

Gyroids are cute little guys that move & make sound. They are grouped by types (like Lullaboids or bowtoids).

Other than just collecting a group for the HRA bonus, they don't really serve any purpose other than something fun (good as room accents). They're not great for making money as you only get 828 Bells a piece & they only showing up after snowfall or rain showers... they also tend to show up if you don't dig up all the fossils in town (which is like 3 for Wild Word, but 5 in the original) in a day.

Tip: Some Gyroid groups (like the Lullaboids) seem to have a secret tune when they're all together.

It's for making a theme in your house. Just collect all the gyroids, and you can get bonus house points.
