I just recently found some nice old rock bands, Journey, Guns N Roses, and I was wondering if anyone else knew any bands like them.

Along those lines? Kansas (Dust in the wind) is awesome, Ozzy's old stuff is great (Ozzy Osbourne), The Eagles, Poison, any 70's & 80's bands.... AC/DC, Quiet Riot, ELO (Fire on High), Tom Cochrane, & Twisted Sister

First off, they are 2 almost completely different bands.
If you like Journey, Try the Eagles, Kansas, Queen, stuff like that.
If you like GNR, try Van Halen, Black Sabbeth, The Offspring, maybe even Tesla.
My advice is to stay away from 80s glam rock. Worst time period in music. ever

Hendrix coated Dylan's "All alongside The Watchtower" superbly Clapton and guns n Roses - coated Dylan's "Knocking On Heaven's Door" and both are impressive covers. Pear Jam did a reputable hide of J Frank Wilson's "very last Kiss" and Creed did a spectacular hide of the doors track "Riders on the typhoon" yet my fashionable hide is Metallica's hide of "turn The web page" MQ - Hendrix wins that conflict even inspite of the indisputable fact that I desire Led Zeppelin as a band over Jimi's track. MQ2 - basic Led Zeppelin till you count number the Beatles as classic rock. I evaluate them extra pop than rock. MQ3 - The Beatles performed blues, usa, rock, pop besides as a good number of world track. Lynyrd Skynyrd is a Southerb Rock Band yet a lot of their track might want to fit into usa.
