In proportion to his body? There is no set size 34 inches for 6'2 and 32 for 6' is only an approximate length, depends on the torso and the thickness of the of the hips and the bone structures vary.
But why? Are you making some clothes? Ha ha Happy New Year
Hey I will tell you this there are men I know that are 6'2 and have 33 inch inseam, and there are 5'9 with a 30inch and that is long legs?

Hi Mia..
OK.. a man's legs should be as long as possible.. but most importantly.. is how long the female's legs should be.. and more important still.. should she keep those legs freshly shaved.. and smoothed and not to mention moisturised..

that first guy is right, i'm 6'0 on the line and my pants are 32's or so in the leg. most women have longer legs proportionately. a girl thats 5'6 or so might have the same length legs i do.

I am 6'1", and my inseam is 32". I would assume that's what you mean.
There's no strict formula for length... at least to my knowledge.
