How old are you? The best thing for you to do is keep griping about it on the computer---you'll just be cold if you run away right now.

Look... If you live at home, it probably means you're a minor. If you're being mistreated, verbally or physically, then talk to someone about it. I know that's gotta be hard, but have to or else its just gonna continue. If you're not and its just coz you're mad at your parents... stay put. I ran away from home once. The results weren't pretty. You just get found, if you didn't go too far off, you get in trouble, and you're embarrassed. There's no point. If you are REALLY being mistreated, I agree that the government isn't really the best alternative... they do the best they can, I guess, but it's not too great. So find someone who cares about you. Imposing on friends might not be the greatest idea, but family if you've got some around is a good solution. If that fails, then go to a church. Lame answer, but generally these people help. Good luck, stick it out.

I assure you that running away from home is not the solution to any problem that you are facing. I know it sounds crazy when I say try talking to your parents about the problem. Regardless of what you think I am betting they care and would much rather you come to them and talk about what the problem is before running away. Try talking to a guidance counselor at school, a teacher, a mentor. These people have access to programs that can help you after they determine what the problem is.

Today's world is a very dangerous world. You don't want to run away from home into a world you know nothing about and have to try to survive.

I wish you the best of luck!

If you want to run away DONT.Unless your parents are physically abusing you and their cruel horrible parents that should be locked away in jail then call the police or go to a police station and notify them about this.If their not, and you're just angry and dont know what to do about things, running away isnt going to help.Whatever the problem is SOLVE IT.Running away will only make things worst. You dont have nowhere to go, you'll put stress and worry on your parents, theirs bad people in this cruel world. You'll wind up really bad down the road. You wont be happy and god forbid you'd get raped and be addicted to drugs.I dont want that to happen to you or anybody else! If you have a problem, talk to a school counselor or somebody close to you who can listen and give you good advice. You just need to let out all those feelings you have bottled up inside of you. You're angry, you're sad...you're confused...and theres a reason why you're feeling like that.Dig deep down inside of you and find out what it is.DONT RUN AWAY...Then if the the govt. decides to take charge it will be much worst! Resolve your problems.Dont choose what seems to be the easy way out, because its not! Whatever it is IT WILL PASS.THINGS WILL GET BETTER, I PROMISE.You'll look back and say ''oh my god! what was I thinking?!'' Good Luck to you sweety My email is RubenandIliana@Gmail.com if you need any advice or support.

Like he said, keep complaining. But stay at home. If some one is miss treating you tell a relative, pastor, teacher or cop. If not, then its probably a passing thing. We all got antsie during our growing up years. But if you want a financially good future, concentrate on your schooling. Get some fun creative hobbies. There are lots of clubs Good ones I mean. Sponsored by known adults. Hang in there

Call the Boys' Town hotline first. (There's a line for girls, too)

I'll look it up and come back to this Q and put it in :)

Don't be too hasty!

I guess you do so.

I don't blame you, because some parents are horrible, like mine were, but the government is way worse.

try to find a good relative or friend, don't do drugs or find a loser bf.

I would realize that I'm young, have no job, no money, no place to go and then go to sleep.
