Most hotels in Jamaica have all inclusive packages, but the always all-inclusive brands (besides sandals/beaches) are:
1. Breezes - Family type, activity filled
2. Hedonism - young adult / anything goes (nude & prude beaches)
3. Grand Lido - Family / couples (nude and clothed beaches)
4. Couples - Very romantic resort
5. Starfish - Family resort
6. FDR resort - Family resort.

Mostly all resorts there are all inclusive. Depending how long you plan to stay. Kingston is industrial and the least safest. For a more quiet area, go to Negril. If you are only going for a long weekend, stay in Montego Bay which doesn't have a lot to chose from but is close to the airport. Going to Ocho Rios is about 1 1/2 hours bus ride and not worth going the unscenic distance for just a few days. For longer time, its one of the best places to go and there are resorts there from 2 to 5 stars. Dont stay in a 2 or 3 star unless you really want budget, as they are usually old and not kept up very well. It all depends on what you want to pay. Most people who go there stay at the resort except for to take a tour or two, so it pays to pay extra to stay in a nice one.
