What kinds of people deserve to have there ideas listened to seriously and who should be ignored?

When I post a Question, I always seem to pay more attention to answers that use correct grammar(or mostly correct) and seem to be well put together,not just jotted down.

People that are ignorant and people that communicate to waste someones time should be ignored. Time is the most valuable thing that we posses and to waste it on something meaningless makes me want to put my head through a wall.
