I've always been partial to "The Vermicious Knids" from willy wonka. There was a band from Ontario named The Vermicious Knid (singular). But they are now defunct. So the name's open.
Your suggestion sounds good for an Irish folk-rock band, which is still cool.

umm sorry but no.
pretty hard to name a band that you dont know anything about.
just using what you have, how about just Clover or Clover Stone, .. or better yet Stone Clover ( thats a kind of plant actually i believe )
