My friend is 18, her father had sex with her and she stopped talking to him cause he told her she wanted it. She scared to tell anyone because she feel people will say she old enough to know better. But she won't stop crying and she has nightmares time to time. What should she do?

thats called incest and if im reading it right then he forced her and its rape. he can go to jail. talk to a councelor and your parents

She seriously has got to tell someone and get help! If she doesn't then is liable to continue to happen. And she should in no way feel that this is her fault and that she asked for it or wanted it. That is just his way of justifying his wrong doing. She is 18 but that has nothing to do with being old enough to know better. Has she talked to her Mother and told her or any family member? If not then she should do that right away. Maybe you could speak to your Mother & Father about her coming to stay with you in the meantime and process of getting this out in the open. Talk to your Mother about it and ask her what she should do and what you should do to help her. She should go to the proper authorities. She is 18, she doesn't need an adult to press charges for her. If she has a younger sister in the home she should consider that this same thing may be happening to her. Please talk to someone, an adult, persuade her to get help and counseling.

She has to tell someone. She cannot and doesn't have to go through this alone. Did he rape her...is that what ur saying? If so, she needs to go to her mother or someone else that will believe her. Tell her to go to the police if she has to, but don't keep this to herself. I had a friend that got raped and she had serious problems afterwards because she never told anyone. She always was very suicidal, so get her some help.

Stoped talking to him .... sounds like she was raped and I doubt for the first time , uh INCEST you should be A REAL FRIEND and report this even if she is mad at you at least you did the right thing.
