I hadn't had a good cry in awhile. then last week I had the DVD The Notebook. I never took the time to watch it even though it's older. Well I finally sat and watched the whole thing. Omg I was bawling. The kind where you make noises while you cry. So sad! I felt really drained after that.

I had a really sad call at work (I'm a social worker) and after I came home I started bawling. I hardly ever do that about work anymore, but sometimes things get you more during the holidays. At least I made it home and I didn't cry at work.
