Yea, some coaches allow them if they're bad enough. But in theory no.

yeah i was a junior on the jv football team. its cool cause i felt awesome cause the talent level was so low. but ive been varsity baseball every year.

yes, JUNIOR varsity

a senior can't but sometimes it doesn't matter if the coach and the school doesn't care
