Is opening a small business account from TD a good option? Or just use savings/investments as a key? I want to start a production company but I need a camera and that costs $3,000. I looked into leasing but the guy rejected me because of my age (18). So any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Contact your local small business development office. They may be able to point you in the right direction. Here is a link to one here in London Ontario to get you started:

Good luck to you!
