Not that great as a poem but could be a good song.
( songs sometimes rhyme too much or are too repetitive to be good poetry as in this case )
Put it to some music its certainly not bad.

it is great.. but if i was you, i would make the message not really obvious for the readers.. also more detail, probably..?
