I am an old and new KC Chiefs fan from the mid 60's when both teams where in the AFL up to today and I truly miss the old KC Oakland rivalry. Yes I hated the Raiders, (as I am sure Raider fans detested the Chiefs) and that is because they were just about the only team that could beat KC in the good ole days. Then they moved to LA and then back to Oakland again and every time Al Davis had a chance to fix things he just put them deeper in the hole. I do not know how that man made it to the NFL Hall of Fame?????? I want the nasty old Raiders back again because they where my favorite team to hate. Now I just feel sorry for them and that is just not right.

I don't think so, Al Davis is relinquishing a lot of Control he used to hold strong. The Raiders had a great draft last year, and should have another good one this year.

As a lapsed Raider fan, he probably will. Then again they'll draft Brady Quinn and he'll end up a Rick Mirer. Success in college is no guarantee of a successful pro career. Look at the Heisman stiffs in the NFL.

im sure he will, but let's get one thing straight... troy smith will not be the #2 draft pick.. PERIOD! brady quinn is the number 1 pick hands down. if troy smith goes in the top three something went wrong. i mean u all saw how the raiders gave up on drew brees and decided to take the "great" Aaron Brooks and see how they turned out. i wont be too surprised if they take smith #1.. but im a chiefs fan so i hope they really screw it up

I don't think so. I believe the Raiders & Lions both will draft quarterbacks, whether it be Brady Quinn or Troy Smith. Both teams should be happy w/ either one.

Of course. I think the Raiders and Lions will be in this same race for years to come.
