This guy was the reason why I am the way I am, he sort of inspired me to do better, to believe in the impossible, to see not everything is black and white, to see who are your real friends. These guy does not know I still exist from this accident that his truck and my car were in. I want to meet him desperately, my parents said I am never to have contact with him. When the accident happened, knowing that he killed a man in this accident, about sent him over the edge. So, should I meet him?

The first that comes to mind is the question of your current age. If you are under the age of 18 and you are living under the direction of your parents, then by all means do not pursue this meeting. However, if you are over the age of 18 and you are capable of making your own decisions and feel that this person drastically changed your life then maybe a meeting is in order. Believe it or not sometimes it takes a tragedy to open your eyes to the real you, if that makes any sense.

Maybe you should listen to your parents. Better safe than sorry.....seriously. Don't meet him. Trust your parents' instincts!
