lots of water!!!! alot!!!! but stop after a while, becuase you can fail for having your specimen being too dilluted also, by the way alot of places are doing hair samples now, if they ask for hair, don't even bother, just walk out, becuase it stays in the hair for months

For urine, easy.
Wait till the day of the test, dip your finger in chlorine bleach,let the bleach dry, it wont matter, and when you go into the cubicle for the test, just p on your finger.
Bleach prevents the indicator from changing color.
Even if the nurse is watching you, it should not seem suspicious (unless you make it).
For blood, tell them you're a Jehovah's Witness, cause there's no way to speed it up.

ALLOT of fluids.... NOT ALCOHOL!!
it will flush your sysmtem and your blood will "recycle" faster with allot OF Fluids!!
