misses size, what is it? what's the difference among petite, junior and misses sizes in clothing?

Petite sizes are cut for women who have smaller frames, but mainly, shorter legs! Juniors are the 'teen' sizes, between girls and misses. Most of the trendier clothing is found in this section. Misses sizes are women's, but be careful because sometimes that terms is assigned to 'plus sizes.' The most confusing part of that, is that every brand of clothing gives a size a different measurement, that means you might be a Size 5 in Levi's, but maybe a Size 7 in Mudd jeans. Shoes are pretty consistent, but designers like Liz Claiborne like to make the measurements huge, and the Size number smaller to make the consumer happy. Jeans like Silver usually put the waist number on so it's easier to find your size.
