It would really depend on the composition of the bathtub. Assuming your bathtub is made out of porcelain or other ceramic tile...
Take a sponge and scrub with cascade or another type of dish detergent. Rinse with warm water. Dry.
If the stain has set a bit it will take some more work - Ajax being a likely candidate for cleaning product.
Don't use a sponge that is too coarse or metallic as it can damage the porcelain.
Depending on the origin of the blood you may wish to treat the affected region with ammonia as well.

The better question may be, why is there blood in the bathtub? Either way, using cold water, a scrubbing brush, bleach, any industrial cleaning chemical.

Hydrogen Peroxide works really well on blood. Use cold water to rinse.
