Well, you can go to Google Videos for episodes 1-11. But I could only find the rest at www.vidilife.com dubbed in English.

i know that you can find the fisrt episode of fruit basket with english sub on youtube.com but im not sure about the other episodes

yes . . . you can either check out youtube or google video to watch it online or you can download it via bittorent or limewire (but i'd STRONGLY suggest bittorent) & watch it at your leisure.
