We have a brand new house and although I clean our toilets at least once a week, sometimes diarrhea or pee will stain them and even Comet with bleach won't take it off!!! How do I get these stains off my porcelain?

Coat with thick bleach last thing at night. Once clean use a bleach based block in the toilet water cylinder.

These stains should not be able to penetrate porcelain. In fact, not much should. I wonder how old the fixtures are? Porcelain has a baked-on finish similar to glass, but by using harsh abrasives (e.g., Comet) you can actually abrade the finish off the casting, over time. If they are shot, you can buy replacement toilets in a complete kit for as low as $59 from Home Depot.
