I write a letter. When I sit down to write.... it comes to me, no matter what. Will they always understand my words? *shrugs* Perhaps not.... but if I found the right words, they usually find the right way to read them. :)

When thinking of how I feel about something or someone, I will try to write everything down, making a list or writing a letter helps me.

When trying to describe how I feel personally, looking at a list of feeling words http://eqi.org/fw.htm sometimes helps me. Or looking through a thesaurus if I have a general idea, but the word doesn't fit quite right.

When dealing with matters of the heart, perhaps you don't know how to tell someone you love them, or that you don't love them, finding the right words to describe how you feel can be very frustrating for some. However, I have found that putting off saying whatever you have to say becomes more daunting than not being able to find the right words.

I suggest being as blunt as you have to be, just make sure your point has been stated.

Nothing ,because there are plenty of raw emotions and feelings within an individual that cannot be put in words, and you can only hope that the person you are concerned with that wants to maybe know what your feeling has the understanding to interpet the "feelings that has no words" much like the way you can interpet the music "that have no words" into feelings.

I just say whatever comes to the tip of my toungue...

I have this bad habit of saying what's on my mind without thinking and since i can't exactly stop thinking, the words don't stop coming.

The way i see it is... i'd rather say what's real than nothing at all.

I don't try to understand why my heart feels the way it does, i just let it flow.

I hide my feelings. Talk about a typical male attitude...but it is true. If I feel awkward or can't say it how I want to, I run and hide. Not necessarily proud of that...but that is just me.

I'm an overly emotional type, so I usually end up hugging or crying, if that makes any sense at all. Sounds corny and sappy, but that's me. *goes for the chocolate bar now*
