Quality time is spending one on one time with someone that u love. To be true quality time there can be no cell phones, no tv, no outside distractions, just time spent between the two of u doing something u both love or simply talking.

It's when you spend time together doing an activity that matters to both/all of you and getting to know more about each other during this time and enjoying the time spent with each other. It's not the amount of time spent with each of (quantity) but rather what is gotten from that time (quality).

Quality time to me is spending time with my fiance': enjoying each others company or making dinner together, just cuddling, or going for a run- it's time well spent together with someone you love.
