You should produce the same amount of testosterone, as this function is unaffected by location. An undescended testicle will not produce viable sperm, but the difference in semen volume should not be noticeable. The biggest risk of an undescended testicle is an increased risk of cancer; also, the trait is heritable to some extent which could be a concern if you have kids. (Yes, even with only one descended you can probably father children.) As you've already discovered, there is no real impairment of sexual function.
Depending on the situation, it may be possible to surgically move the undescended testicle into position (called orchiopexy) ; if not it needs to be removed. In the latter event, realistic prosthetics are available so nobody except you and all your close friends on Yahoo! Answers will ever know.

Hate to ask this but how did you get to 14 with one testicle not fully descended? Usually doctors will pick this up during routine exams and want to do something about it by now. And if the situation is you ahven;t had a thorough physical by a doctor for a while, then get an appointment, go, strip off and get the doctor to check everything from the top of your head to the tip of your toes. Although an undescended testicel may be fine, they can cause some problems if left that way so you really needs to be looked at by your doctor.
As for testosterone and sperm, while you may not produce as much volume as other guys, with one testicle in good working order you will produce lots; enough to grow into an adult and to be able to do your share when it comes to making babies.

Since testosterone come from both the testicles and the adrenal glands I would assume you fall in the normal range. Your question about how much less sperm do you produce can only be checked after you have ejaculated and have had a sperm count.
I would ask your family physician to order two blood tests for you - a free Testosterone and a bound Testosterone. I do not know why you have not had the testicle surgical operated on so it can descend normally.

They do not hang at the same, even level. One is usually quite a bit lower. Why not ask your doctor if the testicle has developed sufficiently?
He will also be able to reassure you about your testosterone.
