I have never tried this brand but I did do a web search on it. The list of ingredients sound really good. It does have Cascara Sagrada in it which will make you "poop" alot. The only thing I would recommend is that you by some acidophilus to take also. When you do a cleanse you upset the balance of the friendly flora (bacteria) in your digestive tract and you need to replace it, especially when you take a product for a long period of time as recommended by SoCal Cleanse.
The products I use are from www.dr.natura.com It's a complete system that includes everything you need. This company has won several awards for their excellent products and I have never had a problem ordering from them. Also, their products are very gentle, no explosive "poops"!
The only thing I noticed is that the SoCal company does not give you a money back guarantee. Dr. Natura does but is more costly.
